Malibu Road is approximately 2.5 miles of Road lined with beachside houses. This area is one of the more expensive neighborhoods that back up to the Malibu Colony Area and Malibu Lagoon State Beach. 

Malibu Road is in a prime location with Malibu Colony Plaza right behind the strip of oceanfront living along with Malibu Bluff’s Park in the same area. This allows for quick access to public facilities as well as Ralph’s grocery store and other high-end restaurants. Malibu Road is a desired area to live in because one can have a private luxury beach house that is close to Malibu’s finest amenities.
